Practicing in the areas of agricultural law, cooperative law, commercial law, entity creation and capitalization, and employment law, Bill O'Connor has focused his practice on the needs of diverse, multi-million dollar agricultural cooperatives. Mr. O'Connor enjoys a reputation of longstanding expertise in agricultural law among Minnesota's cooperatives.

Mr. O'Connor is a member of the Board of Directors for Alliance Bank of New Ulm, New Ulm Public Utilities Commissioner, and the corporate attorney for
New Ulm Telecom, Inc. Mr. O'Connor is a member of the Minnesota Association of Cooperatives. Mr. O'Connor is also a member of the Brown County, Ninth Judicial District, Minnesota State and American Bar Associations.

Born in Belle Plaine, Minnesota on October 2, 1934, Mr. O'Connor received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the
University of St. Thomas in 1959 and his Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1963. Mr. O'Connor was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 1963 and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, in 1967. Mr. O'Connor served as an Assistant Brown County Attorney from 1965 to 1985.
