Michael H. Boyle

Mike Boyle practices in the areas of commercial law, real estate, estate
planning, probate, agricultural law, and litigation.  He is an Assistant
Brown County Attorney and City Attorney for Morgan, Minnesota.  Mr.
Boyle serves on the board of the New Ulm Area Foundation and as a
community advisor for
Frandsen Bank & Trust in New Ulm. He has served on
the
New Ulm Police Commission and the board of the New Ulm Community
Concert Association. He is also past-president of the
Brown County
Historical Society
and past-chairman of the New Ulm Area Catholic
Schools Board of Education
.  He is a member of the Brown County, Ninth
Judicial District, Minnesota State and American Bar Associations and is
also a member of the Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration
Association. 

Mr. Boyle was born in Tracy, Minnesota, and attended high school at
Saint Thomas Academy in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.  Mr. Boyle received
his Bachelor of Arts from the
University of Minnesota in 1979 and his
Juris Doctor from
William Mitchell College of Law in 1983.  He was
admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 1983 and the United States
District Court, District of Minnesota, in 1984.
