Tricia Niebuhr
Attorney at Law
Tricia Niebuhr practices in the areas of commercial litigation, family law, real estate, and general practice law.  She also serves as an Assistant Brown County Attorney.  She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and Minnesota Women Lawyers.

Ms. Niebuhr graduated from Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop High School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from
Gustavus Adolphus College with majors in English and Political Science.  Ms. Niebuhr received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in 2007.  While in law school, Ms. Niebuhr was a Production Editor and Associate for the Hamline Journal of Public Law & Policy, a Constance L. Bakken Research Fellow, and a legal research instructor.  She was named to the Dean's List and was a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship.

Prior to joining Berens, Rodenberg & O'Connor, Ms. Niebuhr completed a one-year judicial clerkship for Judge Terri J. Stoneburner of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
