We will also assist you with membership and equity issues as well as all other matters unique to cooperative businesses. We are known throughout the Midwest for our knowledge and experience in cooperative law.
- Business, commercial and real estate law — Our lawyers will help you evaluate the different business entities and set up the type of business that works best for you. We handle all matters related to the sale or leasing of commercial and residential property.
